I graduated from Seattle Massage School in 1993 and maintain my massage practitioner license from Washington State. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Evergreen State College where I majored in Psychology and culture. My continued education spans a wide range of interests, including: Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Russian Clinical Massage, Expressive Arts & Movement therapies, Carolyn Myss & Geneen Roth seminars, Herbal wisdom, Aromatherapy, Flower Essences, Nutrition and Aveda spa treatments. In 2005 I became certified as a Life Coach. As of August of 2010 I have completed my M.S. in Mental Health Counseling. I offer years of bodywork experience & a refined sensitivity held within my heart and hands; genuine enthusiasm to match my skills with your needs & a fundamental commitment to your wellbeing while honoring your journey.
